Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid offerings on the Rhiz Network website and workspace, including Root Alpha initiation and founding memberships, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. It works together with our Terms of Service.
2. Root Alpha 77 day completion refund
For members who choose the optional 77 day guided path inside Root Alpha, we publish this promise on pricing and product surfaces:
Complete all 77 days. If you find no value, we refund every cent.
What completion means
You must complete all published days of the 77 day path as defined in the product at the time you participate. That means finishing the required daily moves and reflections the program assigns for each of the 77 days, through the final day, without skipping the defined completion criteria we show in the workspace.
What value means
If you complete the full path in good faith and tell us the program did not deliver value to you, we refund what you paid for that eligible Root Alpha initiation purchase, to the original payment method when possible.
This is not a substitute for chargebacks. If you file a dispute with your bank while a refund request is open, we may pause or deny duplicate recovery.
3. How to request
Email legal@rhiz.network from the same address you use for your Rhiz account, within 30 days of finishing day 77. Include:
- Your full name
- The email used at Stripe checkout
- Approximate purchase date
- A short note that you completed the 77 day path and are requesting the published refund
We aim to confirm eligibility within ten business days and process approved refunds within ten business days after that. Timing can depend on your bank or card network.
4. Founding ($777) and other tiers
Founding purchases may include additional benefits (for example sponsor invitations). Unless we publish a separate refund rule for a specific founding promotion, founding fees follow the same completion-based refund only where that promotion explicitly says so. If you are unsure which policy applies to your receipt, email legal@rhiz.network with your Stripe receipt.
5. What we do not refund
- Partial progress through the 77 day path without completing all 77 days
- Separate add-on purchases unless those add-ons carry their own published guarantee
- Violations of the Terms of Service that led us to revoke access
