Initializing Protocol
Initializing Protocol
The mechanism by which the state coordinates and scales.
The Rhiz Network State is the sovereign political and economic body; the Rhiz Protocol is its technical substrate. The state defines the values, laws, and purpose; the protocol enforces them through code. We do not worship the tool using it. The protocol serves the nation, not the other way around.
The full capability of the Rhiz Protocol - specifically the ability to launch new, sovereign networks - is currently restricted. Access is granted exclusively to Rhiz citizens on a first-come, first-served basis. This incentivizes early commitment: those who help build the state today earn the right to expand it tomorrow.
We prioritized internal coherence over external expansion. The protocol will remain closed to non-citizens until the core network state is fully stabilized. External states will be permitted to launch on the protocol beginning in January 2027.
Ultimately, the protocol is our primary export. Once proven, we will export this coordination infrastructure to the world, allowing other communities to form sovereign network states. We are building the rails for the next era of human organization.
[Infrastructure evolves after legitimacy is established.]
